Our experience here with Nate was outstanding. We were here on vacation and ended up with a nail in our tire. Nate helped us quickly resolve this. He was transparent from the beginning and was beyond kind and efficient. We were all good to go within 24 hours. Highly recommend this place if you are in a bind!

Alex, our sales person went way above and beyond to get us in a new car. We didn’t buy here for personal reasons but i highly recommend working with Alex in sales. He was very professional and down to earth and respectful of our circumstances. We never once felt as though we were less than which has happened at other dealerships. The only criticism I would give is that communication from management could be better. Either way a great experience

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Dennis, Jay and Eric are useless. Will never buy anything from Empire ever again. Ben in Fall River messed up all the paperwork. I gave my deposit of $500 and didn’t get the vehicle for 3 months: and come to find out I was driving an unregistered vehicle due to Empires negligence. I could go on and on, never again. Bad reviews are incoming along with letters

Best experience. Jay was amazing. Straight up, fast with the paperwork, and got me the BEST deal. I was upside down in my loan and in a 14yr old beater. They gave me more for my trade in than it was worth just to get me into something safe and affordable. I drove home in a 2024 beautiful suv in less than 3 days. It’s been a couple months and the car still runs beautifully. If I ever need a new car, I know exactly where I’m going.

Horrible experience. The dealership lied, failed to fix my brakes after a month, hid an oil leak, and made excuses once the warranty expired. The manager was unprofessional and even disrespected the salesman who sold me the car. I took the car to the Fall River main store after 6 weeks, and they fixed the brake issue in just two days, proving the problem could have been repaired all along. The issue wasn't the company it was this dealership. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this location and I hope they move Dennis to the fall river store

I went into the dealership to look around and spoke with Brian in sales and he was very kind and knowledgeable about the difference in models and sizes. I purchased a 2022 Ford Escape and almost immediately began experiencing issue after issue. Since then, I have spent months trying to get answers, documentation, and repairs, while being met with what I believe was a complete lack of accountability.

Love my vehicle. Not happy with the lack of communication. Wasn't told at least a week was needed for servicing the vehicle I just paid cash for. Also left message with the service department that I was told to call Monday because of my seat not working properly, I had to call back because no one called me to make an appointment.
Absolutely terrible service and communication. Took over 30 days to pay off the loan for the car I traded in. And when called multiple times about it no one ever called me back. Was told to bring in the truck I bought for repairs agreed upon when purchasing the vehicle and when we got there 3 separate time was told “sorry we don’t have a loaner car we will have to reschedule.” The first salesman, Alex, was amazing but then they made us work with someone else who had no idea what was going on. If you need body work done, go see Stephanie. She is INCREDIBLE. I got into an accident and needed paint work done, and she made the process stress free from start to finish. She secured a rental for me right away and had my vehicle finished in less than a week. The quality of the work was amazing, and her communication and professionalism were unmatched. Mike was an attentive and personable salesman. He went above and beyond to accomodate special requests and to push through our registration as quickly as possible to help us meet a trip deadline. Zero complaints about him or his work to help us through the process. Financial side was not as seamless with some frustration with the advertised prices having fine print and feeling pressure to finance through dealer to get the advertised price. Would have liked more flexibility with this. But love the vehicle and loved the service Mike provided. He was extremely helpful!!

Horrible people to do business with. My truck has been in service more than I have driven it in the 6 weeks I have owned it: Employees give you the runaround and manager refuses to speak to you on the phone. I took my truck to be inspected and it failed. after the 3rd time of service they took it without my permission to get a sticker from their own guys.
