Horrible experience. The dealership lied, failed to fix my brakes after a month, hid an oil leak, and made excuses once the warranty expired. The manager was unprofessional and even disrespected the salesman who sold me the car. I took the car to the Fall River main store after 6 weeks, and they fixed the brake issue in just two days, proving the problem could have been repaired all along. The issue wasn't the company it was this dealership. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this location and I hope they move Dennis to the fall river store

I went into the dealership to look around and spoke with Brian in sales and he was very kind and knowledgeable about the difference in models and sizes. I purchased a 2022 Ford Escape and almost immediately began experiencing issue after issue. Since then, I have spent months trying to get answers, documentation, and repairs, while being met with what I believe was a complete lack of accountability.

Love my vehicle. Not happy with the lack of communication. Wasn't told at least a week was needed for servicing the vehicle I just paid cash for. Also left message with the service department that I was told to call Monday because of my seat not working properly, I had to call back because no one called me to make an appointment.
Absolutely terrible service and communication. Took over 30 days to pay off the loan for the car I traded in. And when called multiple times about it no one ever called me back. If you need body work done, go see Stephanie. She is INCREDIBLE. I got into an accident and needed paint work done, and she made the process stress free from start to finish. She secured a rental for me right away and had my vehicle finished in less than a week. The quality of the work was amazing, and her communication and professionalism were unmatched. Mike was an attentive and personable salesman. He went above and beyond to accomodate special requests and to push through our registration as quickly as possible to help us meet a trip deadline. Zero complaints about him or his work to help us through the process. Financial side was not as seamless with some frustration with the advertised prices having fine print and feeling pressure to finance through dealer to get the advertised price. Would have liked more flexibility with this. But love the vehicle and loved the service Mike provided. He was extremely helpful!!

Horrible people to do business with. My truck has been in service more than I have driven it in the 6 weeks I have owned it: Employees give you the runaround and manager refuses to speak to you on the phone. I took my truck to be inspected and it failed. after the 3rd time of service they took it without my permission to get a sticker from their own guys. I made my appointment prior to my visit, I got to the facility and they took me right in. I waited for my oil change to be complete and it was taken care of within 45 minutes. No worries or issues! I was just able to get a real nice Honda Ridgeline. Chelsea handled the sale and she was professional, helpful and friendly. I heartliy recommend her and Empire pre-owned for all your automotive needs! As a follow up. The Ridgeline had a problem with getting a state inspection. It was identified as a faulty part that was not covered by the factory warranty. It took me weeks to get Empire to fix it

The car has no sound. I was also told the oil change would be completed prior to driving off with it and I just got a notification that an oil change is needed. I’m not sure if they did complete it and something is wrong with the cars system but I’m not taking a chance with it so I’ll be bringing it for an oil change myself.
