Terrible experience at every step in the process. Showed up to dealership and the car we wanted to look at had damage that the sales person AND manager had no idea about. The sales person was annoyed with how concerned we were about the damage that had not been inspected yet. Manager promised the car would be fixed. Turns out the car had underlying damage and the bank denied the loan. Finance gave us a hassle and refused to match our rate even though we were initially promised a match. Had to push for that. Vehicle was never properly cleaned inside, candy wrappers in doors and food stuck on seats center console tray never put in as promised, bought myself. Front license plate bracket not provided, and they don’t put inspection sticker on.
Donna was excellent she walked us through everything and was just amazing. She helped my aunt and me to understand the process and get us into a car.
Stay far far away from here. Disorganized, unprofessional, liars, thevies. Was over charged by 3k without an explanation. They did a multipoint inspection and fixed things but i was not informed when I asked what they fixed. Donna from swansea and Kevin from fall River are the reason *used car salesman was invented stay away. I am in process of writing full review on Google, yelp and other so future ppl don't get robbed like me

Donna was nice to deal with. Car was dropped off at our house on a Friday night. On Saturday I noticed that the taillight that was to be replaced was replaced with the wrong one - not even close. The technician told the sales staff it was not the correct one and they still delivered it. They would not fix this issue. Donna was amazing, I pulled into the lot on a snowy day but still was greeted instantly and offered coffee. We sat down, she checked me in and knew why I was there so I didn’t need to rehash my needs. I explained I wanted a trade and this specific car and she was very patient, knowledgeable, worked through some concerns with me, went along on a great test drive and helped me get a great deal.
I have used them before. The front desk,Stephanie was so helpful with dealing with the insurance company, and rental car company. The work was does in a timely manner and the car was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off!

I would have recommended the dealership if they didn't lie to my daughter and I about how they fixed all the issues we spoke about in the vehicle that we purchased. When my daughter went to get the vehicle inspected unfortunately it failed. We found out there were quite a few problems with the vehicle that should've been taken care of before we were told that all the issues were taken care of and it was safe to drive home from the dealership. No Bueno! They are fixed now due to state inspection failure!

This dealership highly values the agreement that must be made, they do various ways so that the finance is approved and help in finding the best lender. all employees here are very friendly and they are very open. they also offer cars according to the needs and abilities of the buyer. Horrible experience, brought vehicle to mechanic 2 weeks after purchasing and he mentioned that it it war poorly inspected. Paid over 22k wasn't expected parts missing. Belts squeaks when driving in rain due to missing skid plate and inner fend e liners. Skid plate was removed and lost when oil change was done , now I'm expected to pay for replacement which is crazy.

I am extremely unsatisfied! After "replacing" my ac condenser that was leaking under warranty, it only worked for a couple of weeks. I don't have ac again! I called on Monday afternoon and left a voicemail and it is now a week later and I still haven't received a call back. This is an issue that needs to be fixed - this time for free. I refuse to pay my deductible of $100 again, because clearly it wasn't fixed the first time.
I found that everyone I came in contact with at this dealership was very helpful, pleasant and was listening to me on what I wanted and was looking for they knew I had done my homework about what I wanted! Sales team was spot on, dealership was very clean!

They made it easy for me to purchase my car, but during delivery They only gave me a half a tank of gas, didn't try the cover the or repair the large scratch on the front fender. This was very disappointing.
